How To Detect Breast Cancer

  Actually, to detect breast cancer is not difficult. Simply done without the need to see a doctor.
Examination time was not take more than 5 minutes each month. The best time to examine your own breasts is every after menstruation, when breasts are still soft so that no lumps will more easily detected. When you feel a lump, whether sick or not, immediately consult a physician.  Breast Examination consists of 2 stages:  1. Standing in front of the mirror to notice whether there is a change in breast shape. • Raise both arms upward to form the breast clearly visible, and especially if there are bumps will also be easier. 2.
